All orders are processed within 1 business day after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a second notification once your order has shipped.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

- Delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping rate: Free standard shipping on orders over CHF 45
EU countries
- Ships from: Germany (our German warehouse)
- Delivery time: Typically 1-7 business days (depending on your location)
- Shipping rate: Free standard shipping
USA & Canada
- Ships from: Switzerland (our Swiss warehouse)
- Delivery time: USA: 4-8 business days / Canada: 5-8 business days

Note: International deliveries can occasionally take longer due to customs processing.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@zaynabeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Note: This section is not applicable for Pre-Orders.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount for the return. Find more information about our Refund Policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hi@zaynabeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
