Then our carrier takes over: delivery takes 1–2 business days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein and usually 1–7 business days within the EU. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
Where do we ship to?
We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the EU, the USA and Canada. Standard shipping is free to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the EU. For the USA (4–8 business days) and Canada (5–8 business days), shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is our return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned. If your order ships to the EU, you can also cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hi@zaynabeauty.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request can’t be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How to use
Dispense a small amount of cream onto your fingertips and gently massage it into your skin using upward, circular motions. Use once or twice daily, in the morning and/or evening. Massage gently into face and neck until fully absorbed.

Can I use both every day?
Yes. Use the day cream every morning and the night cream every evening.
In which order do I use them?
Day cream in the morning after cleansing and before SPF; night cream in the evening as your last step.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Both creams are gently formulated. They contain natural scents (jasmine and neroli), so if your skin is very reactive, patch test first.
