When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order → we process → we ship → you receive your order.

We process every order within 1 business day of your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Then our carrier takes over: in Switzerland and Liechtenstein your order usually arrives within 1–2 business days, in the EU within 1–7 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Where do we ship to?

International deliveries can occasionally take longer due to customs processing.
